Maybe it's the country girl in me, but who else would love something like this hanging on their wall? You may be surprised that this farm scene was taken in the lush green midsummer. I love what the post-production editing process can do. As labour-intensive as it can be, results like this are very much worth the time to do and it's part of what I offer! I am a bit sad to let go of summer, it's my favourite season, probably due in part to having the circulation of an ice cube. Though as the trees start their dormancy, our pets seem to come alive with the arrival of cool, fresh air. The backdrop of colour and the dimension crisp leaves add - it's not to be missed! FUN FACT, apprently sheep can recognize up to fifty other sheep just by their faces, and remember ours as well. For booking information, click here to go directly to the contact form.

"Say cheese!!" 🧀 "Sit, stay, smile!" 😁 Yeah right, would be nice if it were that easy. Reality check: it rarely is when photographing animals, especially three furries at a time! Whenever there is more than one dog, things can get... interesting. One dog might want to do it's own thing that day. Another could be more competitive with treats and move out of position. One might hold perfectly still, but the other prefers bouncing happily around like a giddy child because photos are FUN, right? FEAR NOT, because despite any resistance, struggle, or outtake, the family portrait will come together in the end. This happy trio are all in different stages of life, and the image was actually created with each pup seperately, moving them together in post-production where they will stay, on your wall, together forever. Contact Me to reserve your spot or request more information. Sometimes a dog just steals your heart and there's nothing you can do to stop it. Okay, this happens more often than sometimes... all dog lovers know what this feels like. And I felt it with this guy! And pretty much every dog I meet for photos. But.. I have a special place in my heart for the "squish" breeds. Arthur was the most fantastic model, even in the heat he was more than happy to share his modeling talents with us! Luckily we picked a nice park with shade and some water for him to cool down in. Brachycephalic dogs need some extra caution in the heat and he did just fine. We shared a lot of laughs, and Arthur received a lot of smiles and attention from kind people passing by. Arthur is moving out of province soon and I'm so glad I was able to meet him and capture some beautiful moments for his momma. Ready to book your pet's session?
